Automatic filling, capping and labelling monobloc with semi-automatic mode for complementary products

CDA’s E-Fill SW offers maximum performance and versatility to the fully automatic packaging line from which it is derived; the E-Fill S.

This SW version enables the filling, screwing and labelling of bottles for e-liquid, essential oils, flavours and dyes from five to 250ml in several formats. It has two operating modes: fully automatic for a large run with the Pick and Place system for automatic cap positioning and screw capping, or the ‘switch’ mode for packaging small and medium complementary products with manual cap dispensing on the bottle and automatic screw capping.

The switch mode is perfect for the bottling of other product formats without the need for complicated handling or adjustments. The doors can be opened to allow an operator to manually dispense the caps that an automatic capper will cap on to the filled bottles. The filling accuracy is +/- 0 per cent.

It can deal with up to 3000 bottles an hour or 50 products a minute for the 10ml size. It can also be equipped with up to two labelling stations.

The E-Fill SW can be fitted with an automatic bottle unscrambler  (for full auto mode) and an independent feeding table (switch mode) for bottle infeed. It has an option for the installation of a marking system on the label or on the bottom of the bottles.

This machine packaging line is suitable for sectors including the food food industry for flavourings and food dyes for homeopathic medicines, CBD, cosmetics and essential oils.
